Invoay is looking for Key Account Manager to join its growing team of the its inside sales and marketing consultants. This position will require a competitive personality, self-motivation to achieve revenue targets, and the ability to explain a technical product to potential customers.

Responsibilities

 

  • The main role of Key Account Manager is to be the Point of Contact for the existing client
  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall health of the portfolio assigned
  • Influence key performance metrics of the portfolio- Orders, Churn, Recurring Revenue
  • Consultative approach to help clients grows their business using different services
  • Ensure timely renewals of products & services
  • Do a need/opportunity analysis to Up-sell/Cross-sell the relevant products
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure top-notch service & support
  • Give market insights/feedback of the product to the Tech team to enhance the product offerings
  • Generate referral leads from your existing portfolio of clients
  • It is a field intensive role where you will help the to the business owner and manager, engage and connect with the customers in a better manner through Invoay offerings.

  • 1-3 years of experience into client relationship building and sales
